LaserPix - Terms of Service

OVERVIEW This website is operated by LaserPix. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LaserPix. LaserPix offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - PERSONALIZED CONTENT & USER RESPONSIBILITY

As a customization-based store, you are solely responsible for the content you upload (photos, text, logos).

  • Copyright & Ownership: By uploading an image to LaserPix, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the photo or have received explicit permission from the owner to use it. LaserPix is not liable for any copyright infringement arising from user-uploaded content.

  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders containing images that are illegal, hateful, threatening, or infringe on the intellectual property of others.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT ACCURACY & VARIATIONS

We attempt to display the colors and details of our products (acrylic lamps and laser engravings) as accurately as possible. However, because our products are custom-made:

  • Final engraving/printing results may vary slightly depending on the quality and lighting of the photo you provide.

  • Wood bases are made from natural materials; grain patterns and color tones may vary slightly from the product images.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

In no case shall LaserPix, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 8 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LaserPix from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
