  • Order Tracking: If you are looking for order status updates, please ensure you have checked your email for the Shipment Confirmation containing your tracking number (active within 24-48 hours after shipping).

  • Customization Changes: If you need to correct a spelling error or update a photo you uploaded, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an item moves into laser production, no further changes can be made.

  • Damaged Items: If your personalized item arrives damaged during shipping, please email us with your Order Number and attach clear photographs of the damage so we can arrange a 100% free replacement.
