LaserPix - Refund & Return Policy Thank you for shopping at LaserPix (laserpix.us). Because our products are 100% personalized and crafted uniquely for you, we handle returns and refunds differently than traditional stores. Please read our policy below before placing your order. 1. Cancellation Window Since we begin processing and designing your custom items shortly after the order is placed, you may request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of purchase. Once your order has moved into production, we cannot cancel or modify it. 2. Personalized Items (Returns & Refunds) Because each piece at LaserPix is custom-made with your unique photos, names, or dates, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, buyers' remorse, or incorrect selections. We are not responsible for: Typos, spelling mistakes, or incorrect dates entered by the customer. Poor image quality or low-resolution photos uploaded by the customer. (We highly recommend uploading bright, clear, and high-resolution images for the best results). Incorrect product size or variants selected during checkout. 3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Our 100% Guarantee) Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or if we made an error (e.g., printed the wrong photo), we will 100% send you a free replacement. To request a free replacement, please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your package: Contact our support team via email at jidao3555@gmail.com. Provide your Order Number (e.g., #LP1001). Attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage, the defect, or the shipping label. Note: Please do not mail the item back to us unless explicitly instructed by our team. 4. Lost Packages & Shipping Issues Incorrect Address: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided during checkout, LaserPix cannot be held responsible, and a refund will not be issued. Stolen/Missing Packages: If the tracking information shows the package was "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or courier service immediately. We cannot refund orders that are officially marked as delivered by the carrier. 5. Refund Processing (If Applicable) If a refund is approved by our team in special circumstances, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
