LaserPix - Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at LaserPix (laserpix.us). We are committed to delivering your personalized memories as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Production Time (The "Customization" Phase)
Because each item at LaserPix is uniquely custom-made with your personal photos and engravings, it requires a dedicated production period.

Standard Production Time: 2 - 5 business days.

Production begins as soon as your high-resolution photo is uploaded and the order is confirmed.

Please note: During peak holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), production may take an additional 2-3 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your personalized masterpiece is crafted and quality-checked, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers.

Destinations: Currently, we primarily ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.
4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We work quickly to process and ship our orders, so there is a very small window to cancel/change your order or to change the address. If you realize you have made a mistake, please contact us immediately at jidao3555@gmail.com.
Note: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
LaserPix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, LaserPix will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LaserPix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Holidays & External Delays
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to seasonal high volumes, extreme weather conditions, or carrier delays that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during these times.
